Intended Use
The Anti-B Biostep reagents are used for the detection of blood groups B type in human blood.
Background and Test Principle
The determination of an ABO blood group is defined by demonstrating the presence or absence of antigens B on the surface of human red blood cells and by detecting the presence or absence of anti-B antibodies in the plasma.
